Neil Aremband has 10 years experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. He has worked on several large, multi-faceted projects encompassing all elements of the project development life cycle. He has also been involved with the analysis of organisational requirements to reflect improvements, through the mapping of data and business processes to identify redundancies and inconsistencies.

Neil became involved with recruitment in 2005, but wanted to distinguish his services in a noticeable way to both candidates and clients. To this end, he decided to become a licensed psychometric analyst, in order to offer psychometric analysis services to complement candidate CV's. To date this has added tremendous value to employers, some of whom have had to conduct such assessments during the interview stage in the past.

Neil founded Global Gateway Recruitment in 2006 and is currently principally involved with the selection, recruitment and placement of Project Management professionals, in addition to his role as a psychometric analyst.

David Aremband has spent many years working in the healthcare industry. Following completion of a Master's degree, he has been involved with research, teaching and clinical issues of healthcare.

Due to his deep interest in psychology, he undertook a course to become a licensed psychometric analyst.

David joined Neil in 2007 in Global Gateway Recruitment and is primarily involved with procedural issues of the company as well as global recruitment.
